Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals
- Present HVAC and flue chimney solutions to prospective and existing clients
- Conduct site visits and gather technical requirements
- Coordinate with engineering and product teams
- Provide pre and post sales technical support
- Respond to client inquiries and assist with tenders and bids
- Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and track project pipelines
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service teams
Requirements
- Strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills
- Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service across the full sales cycle
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English and Arabic
- Background in HVAC systems, mechanical engineering, or related technical fields
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- Proven experience in B2B or project based sales within construction, infrastructure, or building services sectors, ideally in GCC
- Understanding of Saudi Arabian and GCC market
- Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple projects, and travel within Saudi Arabia
- Comfort with CRM software, MS Office, and basic technical drawing review

Role Description
