Role Overview
The Sales Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh.
The role identifies client needs, prepares technical and commercial proposals, and presents metal fabrication solutions.
The position collaborates with engineering and production teams to deliver technically accurate and cost-effective solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct site visits and provide pre-sales and post-sales technical guidance.
- Manage quotations, customer follow-ups, and client relationships.
- Track opportunities and contribute to sales forecasts.
- Provide feedback to improve products and services.
- Work with engineering and production teams to translate project requirements into feasible solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong sales engineering and technical solution design skills, including the ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
- Sales, customer service, technical support, communication, and product demonstration skills.
- Experience in metal fabrication, steel structures, or construction-related industries is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, or related engineering, or an equivalent technical background.
- Ability to work on-site, conduct field visits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Microsoft Office proficiency is required; basic CAD or technical drawing tools are advantageous.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and a results-oriented approach to sales targets.
