Summary

  • We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and results driven Sales Engineer to join the NAT Construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving business growth by promoting our construct

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Develop strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and company goals.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and negotiations with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and market feedback.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 7–10 years of experience
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, and furniture sales or a related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results oriented with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus.
