Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer with expertise in datacenter solutions to join our team.

As a Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our range of products, including UPS Systems, CCU (Closed Control Units), and other datacenter equipment.

Your deep knowledge of the datacenter industry in Qatar and your strong sales skills will be instrumental in driving business growth and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to promote datacenter solutions, including UPS Systems, CCU, and related equipment.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients in the datacenter industry, including datacenter operators, IT companies, and construction firms.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide customized solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to negotiate and close sales deals.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in the datacenter field.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery of solutions.
  • Provide excellent customer service, address customer concerns, and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall sales growth of the company.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Engineer in the field of datacenter solutions, with a focus on UPS Systems, CCU, and related products.
  • In-depth knowledge of the datacenter industry in Qatar, including key players, market trends, and customer requirements.
  • Strong technical knowledge of UPS Systems, CCU, power distribution, cooling systems, and other datacenter equipment.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and build relationships.
  • Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Valid Qatar driving license is an advantage.
