About the Role
BASE Control Tech FZC is seeking a Sales Engineer for PLC & Automation solutions. You will achieve sales targets, manage projects, coordinate with teams, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Achieve sales and revenue targets fixed by the company
- Coordinate with Projects/Design/Production team and guide them in executing the project within stipulated time and budget
- Ensure achievement of Gross Profit Objectives
- Manage and carry out various marketing activities like identifying potential customers, generating enquiries, finalizing concepts, sending proposals, conducting negotiations, and closing sales
- Ensure collection of payments, bank guarantee, performance certificate, and appreciation letter from customer
- Execute tactical plan to achieve targets in terms of number of projects, penetration into newer geographies and industry verticals
- Upgrade existing customers as key accounts and manage existing key accounts
- Operate within planned expense budget and stipulated pricing guidelines
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retain key accounts
- Play a key role in major sales promotion activities like trade shows and exhibitions
- Adhere to all internal systems, processes, and ISO documentation requirements
Requirements
- Experience in sales and achieving revenue targets
- Knowledge of PLC and automation systems
- Ability to coordinate with project/design/production teams
- Experience in managing key accounts and customer satisfaction
