Role Overview
Seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Engineer to join the team in Qatar.
The role develops new business, maintains customer relationships, and promotes maintenance contracts, AMC, and related fire protection services.
Sales and Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for maintenance contracts, AMC, and related services.
- Generate leads, visit customers, and understand their technical and service requirements.
- Build relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Follow up on contract renewals and new opportunities.
Customer and Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with technical and service teams to offer suitable customer solutions.
- Negotiate with customers and support achievement of sales targets.
- Provide professional and timely follow-up from inquiry through contract award.
Market and Reporting Activities
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer information.
- Prepare regular sales reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- Three to five years of experience selling maintenance contracts, AMC, MEP, or fire protection services.
- At least two years of sales experience in maintenance contracts.
- Valid Qatar driving license.
Required Skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Experience with maintenance contracts, AMC, MEP, or fire protection services.
Preferred Qualifications
- Qatar market experience is highly preferred.
- QCDD certification is an added advantage.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Doha, Qatar.
