Join us as a
Provide timely and professional sales engineering for large-scale project configurations, ensuring compliance with customer specifications at a competitive cost. Leverage disciplined value engineering to optimize project pricing and increase bid success rates.
Bid document review and analysis: 10%
Conduct project bid reviews and analyses to support Sales Managers and FO in evaluating strategic importance and probability of win.
Assess opportunities based on initial project evaluations, including drawings and layouts, specification requirements, market intelligence, and competitive landscape.
Support client engagement, bid preparation and submission: 70%
Support Sales Managers and FO in client engagement, including preparation of budgetary quotations, technical configurations, traffic analysis, and customized cost calculations.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution of the bid process, including development of non-standard and value-engineered solutions.
Develop project schedules with lead times and critical milestones for HQ and third-party materials to ensure compliance with required delivery dates.
Support Sales Managers and FO in consolidating all bid documentation and review final submissions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.

Participate in customer meetings as Schindler’s technical expert, communicating complex technical details and providing on-site survey support as required.
Continuous post project award support: 10%
Coordinate and lead cross-functional kick-off meetings for awarded projects involving HQ support teams (PM, ME, EE, Operations, etc.) to communicate technical complexities, risks, and execution challenges early in the project lifecycle.
Conduct root cause analysis on major project challenges related to costing, labor, engineering, and execution to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement for future Large Projects.

Continuously contribute input to product solutions and offerings, driving optimization of MOD processes and tools to improve efficiency, scalability, and competitiveness.
Identify product gaps and emerging market opportunities to support roadmap development and drive future business growth.

Base Salary $82,900 - $100,600
The above represents the typical salary range for this position. Revisions to the range may be considered based on your experience, education, location, demonstrated skills, and alignment with business priorities. Please note that the compensation listed reflects only base salary and does not include variable incentives or benefits. This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on performance.
