About the Role
SETECH/GAEP Group, authorized Domino distributor, seeks a Sales Engineer to develop the industrial coding and marking solutions business in Saudi Arabia. The role involves identifying new business, managing customer relationships, conducting technical presentations, and preparing proposals.

Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Domino coding and marking solutions
- Manage and grow relationships with existing industrial customers
- Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations
- Understand customer production processes and recommend suitable coding and traceability solutions
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical documentation
- Follow up on leads, opportunities, and ongoing projects until successful closure
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure successful installations and customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial, or related field)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial sales, technical sales, automation, packaging, coding & marking, or manufacturing related industries
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to understand technical products and manufacturing processes
- Self motivated with a strong commercial mindset
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia
- Fluent in English. Arabic is an advantage
