Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in Jeddah.
The Sales Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying customer needs, and providing technical solutions to meet project requirements.
Key responsibilities include supporting the sales team in achieving targets, preparing presentations and proposals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The role involves collaboration with internal teams to provide technical insights and ensure a seamless experience for clients.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
- Proven ability in Sales and Customer Service for building strong client relationships and achieving targets
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging with clients and internal teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- Familiarity with building materials or construction industry is a mandatory.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and technical tools for reporting and presentations
