Classic Interiors is seeking a Sales Engineer - Interior Fit-Out to strengthen business development activities in the UAE.

The role focuses on developing client relationships and converting interior fit-out business opportunities into projects.

Classic Interiors delivers interior fit-out and design solutions for residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality spaces.

The company emphasizes creativity, functionality, craftsmanship, and alignment with client requirements.

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE fit-out market.
Build relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, developers, architects, and design professionals.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, project visits, and site visits.
Follow up on quotations and manage commercial discussions and negotiations.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular opportunity updates.
Drive opportunities through to project award and achieve agreed sales targets.

Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out or interior contracting sales.
Proven project sales and business development track record.
Strong understanding of the UAE interior fit-out market and project environment.
Good technical understanding of fit-out works, materials, and construction processes.
Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Strong commercial awareness, results orientation, proactive behavior, and ability to work independently.
Established industry relationships and a strong professional network are advantageous.
