Overview
We are looking for an experienced HVAC / MEP Sales Engineer with strong knowledge of HVAC insulation, rubber insulation products.
The candidate will be responsible for developing sales, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with HVAC contractors, MEP consultants, distributors and project companies, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and achieve sales targets for rubber insulation and HVAC insulation products.
- Identify and develop new customers, projects, contractors, consultants and distributors.
- Visit HVAC contractors, MEP contractors, consultants, developers and construction companies to generate business opportunities.
- Promote and technically explain EPDM/NBR rubber insulation, insulation sheets, tubes, accessories and related HVAC products.
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers, purchasing managers, project managers, consultants and engineers.
- Prepare and submit quotations, technical submittals, product proposals and commercial offers.
- Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Monitor ongoing construction and MEP projects and identify upcoming insulation requirements.
- Coordinate with the technical, production, warehouse and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Understand project specifications, BOQs, drawings and material requirements.
