Job Summary

  • The HVAC & Ventilation Maintenance Sales Executive is responsible for selling HVAC and ventilation maintenance services, including preventive maintenance plans and corrective maintenance agreements. The role focuses on building customer relationships, identifying service needs, and achieving sales t

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate leads for HVAC maintenance contracts (calls, visits, referrals, and follow ups).
  • Visit customer sites to understand HVAC/ventilation systems and identify maintenance requirements.
  • Promote preventive maintenance plans and service packages to residential, commercial, or industrial clients (as applicable).
  • Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and maintenance contract documents.
  • Follow up with leads and close maintenance agreements in line with company targets.
  • Coordinate with the service/maintenance team to ensure correct scope, scheduling, and availability.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales pipeline updates using CRM or reporting tools.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage renewals and upgrades.
  • Track competitors and market trends; share feedback to improve sales strategy.
  • Meet monthly/quarterly sales goals and submit required reports.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Experience in HVAC sales, maintenance sales, or technical sales is preferred.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems and ventilation maintenance (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, exhaust/duct systems, thermostats, filters, etc. — as applicable).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
  • Ability to read basic technical information and understand service scope.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
