About the Role
Al Jabor Trading is hiring a Sales Engineer for its HVAC Division in Qatar. The role involves selling HVAC products, managing the full sales cycle, building client relationships, and providing technical support.

Responsibilities
- Sell HVAC products and systems (chillers, AHUs, VRF, ducting, controls)
- Handle the full sales cycle: enquiry, quotation, negotiation, close
- Build and manage relationships with consultants, contractors, and MEP clients
- Provide technical support and product recommendations to customers
- Follow projects from specification through to order
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Coordinate with procurement and projects teams on delivery
Requirements
- 5 years in HVAC sales, preferably in Qatar
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Strong knowledge of HVAC products and the Qatar market
- Existing relationships with consultants and contractors
- Proven sales and negotiation skills
- Valid Qatar ID and driving license
- Living in Qatar
