Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Sales Engineer role based in Dubai.
- The Sales Engineer will manage day to day sales activities for veterinary medicines and feed additives, including identifying leads, visiting clients, and presenting technical product information to veterinarians, distributors, and farm operators.
- The role involves providing technical support on product use and application, responding to customer inquiries, and troubleshooting product related issues.
- The Sales Engineer will prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with market needs.
- Regular tasks include maintaining accurate sales records, monitoring market trends and competitor activity, and supporting marketing initiatives such as product demonstrations, training sessions, and technical seminars.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills, with the ability to explain complex veterinary and feed additive products in a clear, practical way.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust based relationships and deliver responsive, solutions oriented support.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing, ideally within animal health or related industries.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Agricultural Engineering, or a related technical field is highly beneficial.
- Experience in the veterinary, animal health, or feed additive sector, and familiarity with regional market dynamics in the Middle East, is an advantage.
- Ability to work on site, travel to client locations, and adapt to a fast paced, field oriented environment; proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is desirable.
