Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Facility Management services.
- Generate leads and secure meetings with potential clients.
- Promote Hard FM, Soft FM, MEP Maintenance, AMC, and Integrated Facility Management services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, property management companies, consultants, contractors, and corporate clients.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into long term clients.
- Conduct client presentations and service introductions.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update management on business opportunities.
- Gather market intelligence and monitor competitor activities.
- Support contract renewals and upselling opportunities with existing clients.
- Represent the company at networking events and industry meetings.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in Facility Management sales
- Proven track record in securing FM, AMC, and maintenance contracts
- Strong network within commercial, residential, hospitality, retail, and industrial sectors
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- UAE Driving License is mandatory
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related field preferred
