Position Overview

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Arabic Sales Engineer to drive business growth and strengthen our presence in the Qatari market.
  • The ideal candidate must have proven experience in selling fencing, steel fabrication, and structural steel solutions and possess excellent technical and commercial knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and key clients.
  • Identify customer needs and propose appropriate products and technical solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Generate sales leads, follow up on inquiries, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with design, production, and procurement teams to ensure project delivery.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical documents.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Provide post sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the fencing, steel fabrication, and structural steel sectors.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
  • Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits.
  • Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales while achieving assigned targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
  • 4–5 years of sales experience in Qatar within the fencing, steel fabrication, or structural steel industry.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (both spoken and written).
  • Strong technical understanding of steel and fabrication products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory.
  • Self motivated with the ability to achieve sales targets and build long term client relationships.
