Responsibilities
- Drive sales and market share for fabricated steel structures by identifying opportunities and building client relationships
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet/exceed targets for fabrication projects
- Prospect, network, and generate new leads within the upstream, midstream, and downstream O&G sectors
- Cultivate strong, long term relationships with key decision makers (Procurement, Engineering, Project Managers)
- Understand client needs, interpret technical drawings/specifications, present tailored solutions
- Prepare detailed bids, estimates, and presentations along with Estimation team and negotiate contract terms and pricing
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Track sales activities, manage CRM, and provide regular performance reports
- Work with Engineering, Project Management, and Operations teams to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements
- 3+ years of UAE experience
- Experience working in fabrication unit focused on heavy equipment fabrication
- Oil & Gas sector background and work experience
- Sound knowledge to drive sales for fabricated steel structures like skids, platforms, piping, pressure vessels
