Responsibilities
- Drive sales of generator solutions and related equipment
- Identify customer requirements and prepare technical and commercial proposals
- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to prospective and existing clients
- Provide technical support before and after sales, including sizing and configuration of generators
- Manage sales pipelines, conduct site visits, follow up on inquiries and quotations
- Negotiate contracts in alignment with company policies
- Maintain up to date knowledge of industry standards, competitor offerings, and market trends
Requirements
- Strong Sales Engineering skills including technical proposal preparation
- Solid Technical Support capabilities for generator systems
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Proven sales skills including lead generation and negotiation
- Strong customer service orientation
- Relevant engineering degree or diploma (Electrical, Mechanical, or related)
- Knowledge of generator sizing, power systems, and applicable standards
- Proficiency with MS Office and basic CRM tools
- Ability to work on site and conduct regional travel; valid driver's license
- Strong command of English; Arabic is an advantage

Role Description
- The Sales Engineer Specialist in Generators is a full time, on site role based in Dubai, responsible for driving sales of generator solutions and related equipment.
- Identify customer requirements, prepare technical and commercial proposals, and deliver product presentations and demonstrations.
- Provide technical support before and after sales, including sizing and configuration of generators, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with engineering and service teams.
- Manage sales pipelines, conduct site visits, follow up on inquiries and quotations, and negotiate contracts.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of industry standards, competitor offerings, and market trends.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales Engineering skills including technical proposal preparation.
