About The Role

We are looking for a Technical Salesperson with 5+years of experience who will be responsible for marketing and technical sales of Company Technology related to WTP/WWTP/Maintenance service/ chemical/ spare-parts/ equipment/ components in Equipment Service Department looking for After Sales / Services.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct and/or review conditional survey reports before any service contract, refurbishment, revamping, spares, or component supply.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and customer satisfaction
  • Promote company’s after-sales service capabilities (PPM, refurbishments, upgrades, spares, emergency support).
  • Develop service proposals and quotations based on the client needs as per the site conditions
  • Review monthly PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) and site team reports to identify opportunities for proactive maintenance
  • Coordinate internally to ensure smooth execution of after-sales services, minimizing customer disruption
  • Negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective quotes on spares, components, and refurbishment jobs supporting proposal team.
  • Prepare and validate cost estimates, technical proposals, and commercial offers
  • Prepare forecast, and strategic plan and implement it to achieve Company’s target.
  • Report on competition, key market information, and any complaints from customers.
  • Prepare Daily sales reports.
  • Generate new enquiry and leads.
  • Generate revenue from existing contracts.
  • Travel in UAE and GCC.
  • Use technical skills to explain the benefits of products to potential customers and demonstrate how our products are.

Qualification

  • Engineering in the related field
  • Preference MBA/PGDM
  • GCC driving License

Required Skills

  • Ability to prepare, review, and interpret conditional survey/technical reports
  • Experience in Refurbishment, Handles End-user customer business. Knowledge of water & wastewater treatment processes, equipment, and service practices
  • Familiarity with spares, components, and refurbishment requirements
  • Must have experience in design or other water/ wastewater calculations.
  • Target oriented
  • Extensive knowledge of WTP/WWTP, components, functions, and the scientific process that make the system work, ability, and desire to sell.
  • Ability and desire to sell.
  • Technical skills to explain product benefits.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer handling
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
