Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities
- Prepare proposals and present additive manufacturing solutions tailored to client requirements
- Meet with prospective and existing customers to understand technical specifications
- Coordinate with internal engineering and production teams to ensure accurate quotations and feasible solutions
- Provide pre and post sales technical support
- Maintain detailed records in CRM tools
- Participate in industry events, demos, and presentations to promote RCKX’s offerings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related field) or equivalent technical background
- Strong skills in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
- Demonstrated Sales and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Experience or strong interest in additive manufacturing, 3D printing, or advanced manufacturing processes
- Proficiency with basic CAD concepts
- Comfort using CRM and productivity tools
- Ability to work on site in Dubai and travel locally to client sites

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Sales Engineer role based in Dubai. The Sales Engineer will identify and qualify sales opportunities, prepare proposals, and present additive manufacturing solutions tailored to client requirements.
Daily Tasks
- Meeting with prospective and existing customers, understanding technical specifications, and recommending suitable 3D printing technologies and materials.
- Coordinating with internal engineering and production teams to ensure accurate quotations, feasible solutions, and on time delivery.
- Providing pre and post sales technical support, maintaining detailed records in CRM tools, and participating in industry events, demos, and presentations.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales Engineering and Technical Support.
- Demonstrated Sales and Customer Service skills.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related field) or equivalent technical background.
- Experience or strong interest in additive manufacturing, 3D printing, or advanced manufacturing processes is highly desirable.
