About the Role
The Sales Engineer will grow new and existing business for marine fender solutions across the Middle East and Pakistan.
The role bridges engineering solutions and customer requirements while supporting regional sales and marketing objectives.
The home office is in Dubai and the role involves significant regional and international travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert leads into quotation opportunities and opportunities into sales orders.
- Recommend suitable technical solutions and prepare quotations, costing sheets, prequalification documents, and technical submissions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms and ensure smooth handover from sales to project teams.
- Maintain CRM, sales, marketing, and customer feedback data accurately and centrally.
- Support customer visits, inspections, presentations, demonstrations, conferences, seminars, and trade shows.
- Develop relationships with partners, consultants, agents, industry bodies, and end users.
- Prepare monthly reports on client visits, opportunities, pipeline status, and client feedback.
- Support regional marketing campaigns, materials, whitepapers, electronic media, and social media.
