About the Role
Sales Engineer for Marine Fenders supporting new and existing business opportunities across the Middle East and Pakistan.
The role bridges engineering solutions and customer requirements through tailored, value-driven technical solutions.
The home office is in Dubai, with significant travel across focus areas and a hybrid working structure.
Strategic and Business Development
- Coordinate conferences, seminars, Lunch and Learn sessions, and local advertising activities.
- Develop relationships with partners, consultants, agents, industry bodies, and end users.
- Report regional market, competitor, political, economic, and industry trends.
- Convert leads and inquiries into quotation opportunities and opportunities into sales orders.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and capture customer feedback in the quality system.
- Participate in aftersales site visits and inspections.
Sales Procedures
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Demonstrate technical product features and functionalities.
- Collaborate with technical teams on tailored solutions and customer proposals.
