Your Role

  • Proactive and technically inclined Sales Engineer to grow BeaconMedaes Middle East – Aftermarket (QMS) business.
  • Mission: drive spare parts sales, service contract sales, and follow up opportunities for direct and indirect sales.
  • Improve quotation turnaround and strengthen relationships with MGPS customers.
  • Collaborate with Regional/Area Managers, Service Coordinators, Operations team and Field Service Technicians.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive distributor business growth across the QMS portfolio in assigned territories.
  • Identify opportunities for new businesses like direct services, testing services, and training.
  • Manage and execute spare parts and aftermarket service quotations.
  • Process orders received, maintaining integrity of post sales process.
  • Actively engage in planned prospecting activities to increase customer base.
  • Support Regional/Area Managers with small and medium sized customer accounts.
  • Maintain structured follow up on quotations, leads, RFQs, and open opportunities.
  • Identify upselling and cross selling opportunities across QMS aftermarket portfolio.
  • Assist in responding to Aftermarket campaigns, including outbound calls and emails.
  • Coordinate with logistics, service, and technical teams for correct delivery and scheduling.
  • Ensure timely order booking and revenue recognition for QMS aftermarket business.
  • Support customers in identifying correct spare parts for Medical Air, Vacuum, AGSS, and Monitoring systems.

Your Skills And Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related fields.
  • 1 to 3 years’ experience in technical sales, inside sales, or aftermarket support.
  • Knowledge of MGPS Equipment and components is required.
  • MGPS Certifications would be an added advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer focused, responsive, and able to handle multiple priorities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and quotation building.
  • Competent user of MS Office, CRM systems, and ideally Global Quote System.
  • Team player, proactive, and self driven with strong follow‑up discipline.

Your Location

  • Based in Dubai with occasional travel for customer visits.
  • UAE Driving licence required.
