Responsibilities
- Drive distributor business growth across the QMS portfolio in assigned territories
- Identify opportunities for new businesses like direct services, testing services, and training
- Manage and execute spare parts and aftermarket service quotations
- Process orders received, maintaining integrity of post sales process
- Support Regional/Area Managers with small and medium sized customer accounts
- Maintain structured follow up on quotations, leads, RFQs, and open opportunities
- Identify upselling and cross selling opportunities across QMS aftermarket portfolio
- Coordinate with logistics, service, and technical teams for correct delivery and scheduling
- Ensure all activities are correctly documented in CRM
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in technical sales, inside sales, or aftermarket support
- Knowledge of MGPS Equipment and components
- UAE Driving licence
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Competent user of MS Office and CRM systems

Your Role
- Proactive and technically inclined Sales Engineer to grow BeaconMedaes Middle East – Aftermarket (QMS) business.
- Mission: drive spare parts sales, service contract sales, and follow up opportunities for direct and indirect sales.
- Improve quotation turnaround and strengthen relationships with MGPS customers.
- Collaborate with Regional/Area Managers, Service Coordinators, Operations team and Field Service Technicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive distributor business growth across the QMS portfolio in assigned territories.
- Identify opportunities for new businesses like direct services, testing services, and training.
- Manage and execute spare parts and aftermarket service quotations.
- Process orders received, maintaining integrity of post sales process.
- Actively engage in planned prospecting activities to increase customer base.
- Support Regional/Area Managers with small and medium sized customer accounts.
- Maintain structured follow up on quotations, leads, RFQs, and open opportunities.
- Identify upselling and cross selling opportunities across QMS aftermarket portfolio.
- Assist in responding to Aftermarket campaigns, including outbound calls and emails.
- Coordinate with logistics, service, and technical teams for correct delivery and scheduling.
- Ensure timely order booking and revenue recognition for QMS aftermarket business.
- Support customers in identifying correct spare parts for Medical Air, Vacuum, AGSS, and Monitoring systems.
Your Skills And Experience
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related fields.
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in technical sales, inside sales, or aftermarket support.
- Knowledge of MGPS Equipment and components is required.
- MGPS Certifications would be an added advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer focused, responsive, and able to handle multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and quotation building.
- Competent user of MS Office, CRM systems, and ideally Global Quote System.
- Team player, proactive, and self driven with strong follow‑up discipline.
Your Location
- Based in Dubai with occasional travel for customer visits.
- UAE Driving licence required.
