Role overview
Manage industrial maintenance and repair product sales and marketing across an assigned territory.
Develop technical and commercial solutions for customer maintenance, wear, and repair requirements.
Support business development through customer visits, applications, demonstrations, trials, and technical training.
Key responsibilities
- Develop new customers and expand existing accounts by identifying maintenance problems, wear-related applications, and repair opportunities.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation through quotation, negotiation, order follow-up, delivery coordination, and payment collection.
- Build relationships with customer maintenance, engineering, production, procurement, and management stakeholders.
- Develop distributor capability, market coverage, stock availability, and sales opportunities.
- Coordinate product availability, inventory, order processing, shipment, and delivery with supply and logistics teams.
- Maintain customer, application, quotation, order, forecast, pipeline, and sales records.
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing, market developments, and customer requirements for management reporting.
- Document technical applications, trial results, procedures, and customer success cases.
- Achieve sales, gross-margin, new-customer development, and payment-collection targets.
