Sales Engineer

In this hands-on customer-facing role, you will provide technical support, identify customer opportunities, and develop engineering solutions using LOCTITE products. Working closely with customers, distributors, and internal teams, you will troubleshoot challenges, lead product trials, deliver technical training and demonstrations, and drive new business opportunities across key industrial sectors.

Provide technical application support and engineering solutions across LOCTITE maintenance, repair, reliability, and industrial assembly products.

Partner with customers to identify opportunities, troubleshoot technical challenges, improve equipment reliability, and optimise processes.

Conduct customer site visits, plant surveys, product trials, and technical assessments to develop tailored LOCTITE solutions.

Identify and develop new business opportunities across key industrial sectors, including mining, manufacturing, food & beverage, utilities, transport, defence, and agriculture.

Drive competitive conversions and growth through technical value selling and strong customer engagement.

Deliver technical training, workshops, product demonstrations, and best-practice recommendations to customers and distributors.

Manage customer projects and trials from initial opportunity through to successful implementation, collaborating with internal sales, technical, product, and marketing teams.

Maintain strong safety, compliance, and documentation standards while supporting revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and long-term customer relationships.

3+ years’ experience in industrial technical sales, application/sales engineering, maintenance engineering, or reliability engineering.
