- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and inquiries
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Following up with support team to process the order & ensure the material delivery to customer
- Collaborate with team members to achieve the monthly sales target
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
