Responsibilities
- Identify key markets and customers and evaluate sales potential
- Achieve agreed individual sales targets and search for new clients
- Review tenders, check deviations, analyze and select suitable products
- Prepare estimations and send quotations to customers, follow up, attend technical/commercial meetings, negotiate and finalize orders
- Submit technical submittals and shop drawings for consultant approval, follow up for approval and advance payment
- Maintain cordial relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Coordinate with factory for commercial/technical issues and place orders after approvals
- Coordinate with other departments for support functions
- Increase customer base and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Support Installation Department during project ongoing and maintain client relationships for future projects
- Develop knowledge of applicable international standards and local regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in the UAE market
- Experience in the elevators and escalators industry
- Valid UAE driving license

Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the UAE market
- Experience in the elevators and escalators industry
- Valid UAE driving license
- Male or Female candidates can apply
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify the key markets and customers and evaluates the potential for sales.
- Responsible for achieving agreed individual sales targets and searching for new clients.
- Able to review tender, check for any deviations, analyze and select suitable product from the manufacturer's product range to meet the customer requirement.
- Preparing estimations and sending quotations to the customers, follow up for the quotations sent, attend technical/commercial meeting with clients, negotiate and finalize the order with the clients.
- Submit technical submittal, shop drawings for consultant approval, follow up for approval, advance payment, and attend site meetings.
- Maintain cordial and friendly relationship with clients/ consultants/ contractors.
- Coordinate with factory for Commercial/technical issues related to sales activities.
- Place order with factory after receiving approvals to drawings, technical submittal, and finishes, reviewing the subcontract terms (contractual & financial), and receiving advance from the client. Follow up with factory for material shipment.
- Coordinate with other departments for any support functions required for normal sales activities.
- Increasing customer base, generating new customers and maintaining a very healthy relationship with existing customers. Get regular feedbacks from customers regarding our product and services.
- Coordinate with local suppliers if required for sales related activities.
- Continue to support Installation Department while project is ongoing according to their need and maintain relationship with client for securing future projects.
