This is a full-time Sales Engineer role based in Dubai.
The role identifies new business opportunities, prepares and delivers technical and commercial proposals, and presents solutions for construction, fit-out renovation, and facility services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in civil or architectural engineering.
- Relevant experience in construction, general contracting, fit-out, or renovation is mandatory.
- Strong sales engineering and technical support skills for contracting and renovation solutions.
- Sales experience managing client relationships and building long-term relationships.
- Proficiency in preparing presentations and reports.
- Effective communication, presentation, negotiation, and report-writing abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with local market practices and regulations in the UAE.
- A valid UAE driving license is required.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
- Deliver presentations of contracting, renovation, and facility-service solutions.
- Align proposed solutions with client requirements.
- Manage client relationships and build long-term accounts.
