About the Role
The role is a Sales Executive or Sales Engineer position in the pre-engineered buildings and structural steel industry.
The position generates business, develops client relationships, understands project requirements, prepares proposals, and converts leads into orders.
Experience and Education
- Two to five years of relevant experience in PEB, structural steel, or steel building sales is required.
- A Diploma, BE, or B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
- Experience with PEB manufacturers, structural steel companies, steel building solution providers, or related construction industries is preferred.
- An industrial client or consultant and contractor network and a proven PEB sales track record are advantageous.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of PEB products, applications, components, technical specifications, and commercial aspects is required.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, client-handling, and relationship-management abilities are required.
- The candidate should be target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and business development activities is required.
- Good knowledge of MS Office is required; CRM or ERP experience is advantageous.
