REDES Interior Decor LLC is a Dubai-based fit-out firm specializing in civil works, MEP, fit-out, and special maintenance works.
Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role focuses on business development and sales for facilities management, building maintenance, fit-out, civil works, MEP, and related contracting services.
Business Development
- Develop new business with facilities management companies, owners associations, community management companies, property managers, and corporate clients.
- Expand existing-client business by building relationships with facility managers, community managers, engineers, and procurement teams.
- Maintain a pipeline of leads, RFQs, quotations, awarded jobs, and lost opportunities.
- Build and update databases of clients, contacts, buildings, communities, and decision-makers.
Site Visits and Quotations
- Arrange and attend site visits with clients, engineers, and operations teams.
- Prepare site notes, measurements, photographs, and scope details for quotation preparation.
- Coordinate with estimation and administration teams for timely quotation and proposal submissions.
- Follow up on quotations and support negotiation until award or closure.
Handover and Feedback
- Coordinate with operations during the handover of awarded jobs.
- Collect client feedback on submitted quotations, lost jobs, and completed works.
Required Experience and Skills
- UAE experience in sales or business development within facilities management, building maintenance, fit-out, civil works, MEP, or a related contracting field.
- Basic technical understanding of building maintenance and project works.
- Confident communication with facility managers, engineers, procurement teams, and clients.
- Ability to attend site visits independently and understand client requirements.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, written communication, and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to prepare basic scope notes, site visit reports, and client follow-up updates.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Three to six years of UAE experience in a similar role is preferred.
- A valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
- Existing contacts in facilities management, owners association, property management, or contracting are advantageous.
- Experience with FM, maintenance contracting, civil works, fit-out, MEP services, or building materials is relevant.
- The candidate should be comfortable with outdoor or site-based sales and technical and commercial discussions.
