We are looking for a smart, passionate, and driven intern to join our Staples team, and you might be the person we are looking for.

Target Start Date: June 7, 2027 – August 20, 2027 (11-week program)

What you’ll be doing:

• Assist senior project managers in overseeing schedules and milestone management.
• Learn and use project management software.
• Prepare and assist in project documentation.
• Identify project scope, risks, constraints, dependencies, assumptions, and deadlines.
• Provide consistent updates on the project to all stakeholders.
• Measure the project performance to suggest areas of improvement.
• Support AI and additional tool initiatives for our sales organization through testing, documentation, materials creation, etc.

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or related field
• Must be a rising junior, enrolled as a full-time student carrying a minimum of 12 college credits
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Strong Excel skills: ability to use a pivot table

• Enjoy working in teams and being highly communicative
• Ability to multitask and be flexible to new initiatives
• Detailed and highly organized
