Role Overview

  • The Sales Enablement Manager owns Yotpo's global sales enablement strategy.
  • This role blends classic sales enablement fundamentals with a builder's mindset.

What You’ll Do

  • Become an expert on the eCommerce industry and Yotpo’s products and platform.
  • Understand Yotpo’s sales process inside and out, including shadowing Sales Reps and Sales Engineers.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to identify performance and skill gaps using Gong and deal data.
  • Design and implement onboarding and ongoing sales enablement programs and projects.
  • Own and continuously reinforce Yotpo's MEDDPICC methodology.
  • Build toward a self serve enablement infrastructure and measure adoption and impact.
  • Bring a point of view on how AI is changing what sales enablement teams should build.

What You Bring

  • 3 5 years of experience in sales enablement or equivalent function at a senior level.
  • 2+ years in a quota carrying sales role.
  • Experience with MEDDIC/MEDDPICC.
  • Experience with Gong, Salesforce, and related enablement tooling.
  • Deep knowledge of sales processes, methodologies, and solution selling best practices.
  • A track record of building systems and processes.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity.
  • Experience collaborating across a global, multi timezone organization.
  • eCommerce/SaaS industry knowledge is a strong plus.

Total Compensation

  • Total Compensation based on experience CAD 100,000 – CAD 115,000.
