- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field is an advantage
- Fluency in English required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage

The Sales Employee will identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics, focusing on air, ocean, and road transport services across the UAE, GCC, and internat
Daily Responsibilities
- Prospecting and meeting potential clients.
- Preparing and presenting quotations.
- Following up on leads and negotiating contracts to close deals.
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
- Coordinating with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment handling.
- Providing timely updates and support to clients.
- Monitoring market trends, participating in sales planning, and contributing to achieving revenue and growth targets.
Qualifications
- Sales and business development skills in logistics or freight forwarding, including prospecting, lead generation, and deal closing.
- Customer relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust, manage accounts, and provide responsive client support.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in presenting services, preparing proposals, and handling objections.
- Basic understanding of air, ocean, and road freight processes, customs clearance, warehousing, and door to door logistics solutions.
- Ability to work both onsite in Dubai and remotely, managing time effectively and coordinating with internal teams.
- Proficiency in common office and CRM software tools, and comfort with email and phone based sales activities.
- Relevant experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain is highly preferred.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is an advantage.
- Fluency in English required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages commonly used in the region is a plus.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage for client visits and business development activities.
