- Sell credit cards/loans by finding new sales opportunities
- Cold calling, daily visiting outdoors and networking
- Conduct market research on new prospects independently and evaluate customer needs
- Build and maintain effective business relationships with customers
- Maintain professional communication with team lead and team members
- Submit activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Any Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
- Minimum 1 year of outdoor sales banking experience in personal loans/credit cards and Auto Loan
- Good communication skills
- Proven track record of target achievement in banking sales
- Positive, confident and determined approach
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Job Description
- Responsible for selling credit cards/loans by finding new sales opportunities
- Cold calling, daily visiting outdoors and Networking will be an integral part of your daily responsibility
- Should be responsible for conducting the market research on new prospects independently and evaluate the customer needs
- Responsible for building and maintaining effective business relationship with customers
- Maintain professional and effective lines of communication with the team lead and team members
- Update team by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans etc.
