- Generate leads and build relationships with prospective clients
- Follow up with potential clients over calls and emails
- Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
- Manage sales pipeline and achieve targets
- Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
- Contact potential clients to establish rapport and attend meetings
- Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives
- Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
- Increase engagement of current clients while attracting new ones
- Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Develop quotes and proposals for clients
- Train personnel and help team members develop their skills
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 3 years of relevant experience
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in Facilities management / Cleaning company
- Active UAE Driving license
- Own vehicle is an added advantage
- Strong analytical, communication, time management and creativity skills
- Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative
- Experience with social media

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Salesperson role based in Dubai.
- The Salesperson will be responsible for generating leads, building and sustaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
- Day to day tasks include meeting sales targets, conducting market research, providing product or service demonstrations, and preparing and following up on proposals and contracts.
- The role also involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining updated knowledge of company services, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- Must Experience in Facilities management / cleaning company.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 3 years of relevant experience.
- Should have active UAE Driving license and having a own vehicle is added advantage.
- Must Have Minimum 2 years of UAE Experience in Facilities management / Cleaning company.
- Strong analytical, communication, time management and creativity skills.
- Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative.
- Experience with social media.
