Overview

Key Responsibilities

• **Product Delivery**: Drive to deliver goods to customers along designated routes, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing exceptional service and support to address their needs.
• **Sales and Upselling**: Identify sales opportunities during deliveries, promote products, and encourage customers to place additional orders.
• **Inventory Management**: Manage inventory levels on the delivery vehicle, ensuring adequate stock to meet customer demand while minimizing waste.
• **Reporting**: Review sales reports, implement new sales plans, and maintain detailed records of sales and customer interactions.
• **Vehicle Maintenance**: Ensure the delivery vehicle is clean and in good working condition, performing routine checks and maintenance as needed.

Required Skills And Qualifications

• **Driving License**: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• **Customer Service Skills**: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
• **Sales Experience**: Proven experience in a sales-driven environment, preferably in retail or distribution.
• **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to adapt to changing conditions on the road and resolve customer issues effectively.
• **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with point of sale (POS) systems and basic sales reporting tools.

Work Environment

• **On the Road**: The role involves regular travel, spending much of the time in a delivery vehicle, with some walking and standing required for deliveries.
• **Reporting Structure**: Typically reports to the Route Sales Manager or Distribution Manager.
• Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per hour
