- Lead, manage, and mentor the Secondary Market sales team
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Recruit, train, and retain top performing real estate brokers
- Monitor team performance, KPIs, and sales pipelines
- Drive listings, client acquisition, and successful property transactions
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and developers
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market insights for management
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Dubai real estate, with a strong focus on the Secondary Market
- Previous experience leading and managing a real estate sales team
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of Dubai's secondary property market and RERA regulations
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
