Company Overview

  • GI Properties is looking for an experienced Sales Director – Secondary Market to lead and grow their secondary sales division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and mentor the Secondary Market sales team.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Recruit, train, and retain top performing real estate brokers.
  • Monitor team performance, KPIs, and sales pipelines.
  • Drive listings, client acquisition, and successful property transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and developers.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market insights for management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Dubai real estate, with a strong focus on the Secondary Market.
  • Previous experience leading and managing a real estate sales team.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai's secondary property market and RERA regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred.
