About the Role
entomo is seeking a Sales Manager with 5+ years of enterprise sales experience to drive growth for its AI-powered Talent Management product suite in the GCC region. The role involves end-to-end sales cycles, pipeline management, new logo acquisition, and partner ecosystem development.

Responsibilities
- Own end to end enterprise sales cycles for entomo’s AI powered Talent Management product suite
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline across UAE and GCC markets
- Drive new logo acquisition and expand business within strategic accounts
- Execute territory planning and account based Go To Market (GTM) strategies
- Identify and target priority industries such as government, BFSI, and large enterprises
- Develop and manage a partner ecosystem, including SI partners and advisory firms
- Lead commercial negotiations and contract closures to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate closely with pre sales and delivery teams to ensure solution alignment
- Perform consistent follow ups and pipeline tracking to drive deal progression
- Manage and respond to government RFPs, RFQs, and tender processes
- Build and maintain strong client relationships as primary point of contact
- Oversee delivery coordination, ensuring alignment between customer expectations and internal teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales / business development / consulting roles
- Mandatory experience in SaaS product sales in the GCC region
- Expertise in managing CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Apollo.io
- Proven track record in enterprise sales, new business acquisition, and account growth
- Strong exposure to government sales cycles (RFPs/RFQs) is highly desirable
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Ability to work with cross functional teams in a fast paced environment
- Arabic language proficiency is preferred

- Experience in HR Tech / HCM platforms is a strong advantage.
- Proven track record in enterprise sales, new business acquisition, and account growth.
- Strong exposure to government sales cycles (RFPs/RFQs) is highly desirable.
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with cross functional teams in a fast paced environment.
- Arabic language proficiency is preferred.
