Summary

  • We are looking for a Sales Manager with 5+ years of professional experience in business development, product development, sales, or consulting, who can drive growth and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end to end enterprise sales cycles for entomo’s AI powered Talent Management product suite.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline across UAE and GCC markets.
  • Drive new logo acquisition and expand business within strategic accounts.
  • Execute territory planning and account based Go To Market (GTM) strategies.
  • Identify and target priority industries such as government, BFSI, and large enterprises.
  • Develop and manage a partner ecosystem, including SI partners and advisory firms.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and contract closures to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate closely with pre sales and delivery teams to ensure solution alignment and successful deal execution.
  • Perform consistent follow ups and pipeline tracking to drive deal progression and conversions.
  • Manage and respond to government RFPs, RFQs, and tender processes with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary point of contact for business engagements.
  • Oversee delivery coordination, ensuring alignment between customer expectations and internal teams.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales / business development / consulting roles.
  • Mandatory experience in SaaS product sales, in the GCC region.
  • Expertise in managing CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Apollo.io, with hands on Experience in creating and managing GTM campaigns.
  • Experience in HR Tech / HCM platforms is a strong advantage.
  • Proven track record in enterprise sales, new business acquisition, and account growth.
  • Strong exposure to government sales cycles (RFPs/RFQs) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams in a fast paced environment.
  • Arabic language proficiency is preferred.
