About the Role
Gulf Bulls Properties is seeking a driven Sales Manager (Director-level) to lead and develop a team of property consultants in Dubai. The role involves coaching, strategy execution, performance analysis, and daily management.

Responsibilities
- Train, mentor, and continuously develop a team of property consultants to maximize their potential and performance
- Implement sales strategies set by senior management and translate them into clear, actionable plans for the team
- Monitor and analyze individual and team sales reports, identify gaps, and take corrective action proactively
- Keep the team up to date on Dubai's real estate market, new project launches, off plan opportunities, and developer updates
- Conduct regular team briefings, set daily and weekly targets, and maintain a motivated and accountable sales environment
- Work closely with the marketing and CRM teams to ensure alignment across all sales activities
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Dubai's real estate market
- Proven track record in property sales (off plan and/or ready)
- Minimum 5 years in a team leadership or managerial role
- Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate landscape, developers, and key projects
- Excellent coaching, communication, and organizational skills
- Results driven with strong analytical mindset
- RERA Certification (preferred)
- Must be UAE based with a valid UAE Driving License

Your Role
