About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented **Sales Director** to lead our sales operations and drive business growth.
This senior leadership position is ideal for a motivated individual with a **strong background in real estate development**, exceptional strategic acumen, and a proven ability to build and manage high-value client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, investors, brokers, and key stakeholders.
- Identify new market opportunities and initiatives to expand the company’s footprint locally and internationally.
- Oversee the entire sales process—from lead generation and prospecting to negotiations and deal closures.
- Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, and senior leadership to ensure a unified approach to business development.
- Represent the company at major industry events, exhibitions, and executive-level meetings.
- Monitor market trends, analyze competitor activities, and gather customer insights to refine sales strategies.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, internal controls, and relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a **Sales Director** within the **real estate development** industry.
- Established network of investors, clients, and brokers across local and international markets.
- Demonstrated success in leading sales teams and delivering revenue growth.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on, execution-driven approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; **MBA is a plus**.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
