Role Description

  • Drive sales growth for Slangit’s aiSTART.school platform in the Qatar market.
  • Develop and execute territory sales plans, manage the sales pipeline, prepare proposals, deliver product presentations and demos, and negotiate commercial terms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including school leaders, government entities, and strategic partners.
  • Collaborate with internal product, marketing, and operations teams to align market feedback with roadmap priorities.
  • Track performance against targets, report on sales metrics, coach team members, and represent Slangit at events.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales and Sales Operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and closing complex B2B or institutional deals.
  • Strong Business Development capabilities, with experience identifying new markets, building partnerships, and creating go to market strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability in Customer Service, focusing on long term relationship management, client satisfaction, and account growth.
  • Team Management experience, including coaching, setting goals, and collaborating with cross functional colleagues.
  • Experience selling technology, SaaS, or edtech solutions; familiarity with AI driven products is a strong advantage.
  • Solid understanding of the education sector, ideally within the Gulf region and specifically Qatar.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Comfort working in a fast paced, growth oriented environment, with the ability to operate independently and take ownership of market outcomes.
