Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory sales plans for the Qatar market.
- Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting and lead generation through to closing and account expansion.
- Prepare proposals, deliver product presentations and demos, and negotiate commercial terms with education sector clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including school leaders, government entities, and strategic partners.
- Collaborate with internal product, marketing, and operations teams to align market feedback with roadmap priorities.
- Track performance against targets, report on sales metrics, and coach team members involved in the Qatar market.
- Represent Slangit at relevant events, conferences, and meetings.
Requirements
- Proven skills in Sales and Sales Operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and closing complex B2B or institutional deals.
- Strong Business Development capabilities, with experience identifying new markets, building partnerships, and creating go to market strategies.
- Demonstrated ability in Customer Service, focusing on long term relationship management, client satisfaction, and account growth.
- Team Management experience, including coaching, setting goals, and collaborating with cross functional colleagues.
- Experience selling technology, SaaS, or edtech solutions; familiarity with AI driven products is a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding of the education sector, ideally within the Gulf region and specifically Qatar.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
