About the Role
Fireblocks seeks a Sales Director to drive growth in the blockchain payments sector across the Middle East. You will target PSPs, cross-border, and remittance providers, collaborating with regional sales teams and the Payments product team.

Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Collaborate with BDR and GTM teams to generate and qualify leads
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects and customers
- Conduct prospecting, territory, and account planning to identify new opportunities
- Keep CRM up to date with accurate account and pipeline information
Requirements
- Enterprise SaaS or institutional sales experience selling into the Payments space
- Passion for blockchain technology and cryptocurrency
- Track record of over achievement in an enterprise sales position
- Willingness to prospect and qualify for new opportunities
- Thrives in a team selling environment
- Experience within financial services, cybersecurity, or cryptocurrency is preferred
- Experience in formalising and supporting co sell motion with technology partners is preferred

The Opportunity
- Join the EMEA Fireblocks sales team to drive growth in the blockchain payments sector across the Middle East.
- Target PSP, Cross Border, Remittances and various payment providers.
- Collaborate closely with regional sales teams, Sales Engineers, and the Payments product team.
