Sales Director (US Remote)

  • Department: Sales.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and close new business within assigned accounts.
  • Manage the sales process from identification through proposal, award, negotiation, and close.
  • Manage response to Requests for Proposal (RFP) or Requests for Information (RFI).
  • Develop and maintain relationships within assigned accounts.
  • Organize and lead client meetings for capabilities presentations and bid defenses.
  • Serve as escalation point for clients and primary point of contact for mid study change orders.
  • Drive governance process with assigned strategic accounts.
  • Attend conferences and industry events to represent Suvoda and identify new opportunities.
  • Generate new leads and identify potential deals and partnership opportunities.
  • Collect competitive intelligence and provide information to management.
  • Assist with development of new sales strategies.
  • Assist in training and mentorship of Business Development Associates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least 7 years of sales experience in the eClinical software field.
  • Interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ambition, self motivation, and a high level of energy.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Analytical thinking ability.
  • Creative problem solving ability.
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
