About the Role
Suvoda seeks a Sales Director to identify and close new business in the eClinical software field. You will manage the full sales process, develop client relationships, and attend industry events.

Responsibilities
- Identify and close new business within assigned accounts
- Manage the sales process from identification through proposal, award, negotiation, and close
- Manage response to Requests for Proposal (RFP) or Requests for Information (RFI)
- Develop and maintain relationships within assigned accounts
- Organize and lead client meetings for capabilities presentations and bid defenses
- Serve as escalation point for clients and primary point of contact for mid study change orders
- Drive governance process with assigned strategic accounts
- Attend conferences and industry events to represent Suvoda and identify new opportunities
- Generate new leads and identify potential deals and partnership opportunities
- Collect competitive intelligence and provide information to management
- Assist with development of new sales strategies
- Assist in training and mentorship of Business Development Associates
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- At least 7 years of sales experience in the eClinical software field
- Interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Ambition, self motivation, and high level of energy
- Time management and organizational skills
- Analytical thinking and creative problem solving ability
