We are seeking an accomplished Sales Director – Middle East to lead our business growth in the region.
This is a high-impact sales leadership role focused on driving new business, managing key accounts, and positioning Clari5 as the partner of choice for banks and financial institutions in the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles: prospecting, solution positioning, proposals, negotiations, and closures
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets while expanding Clari5’s footprint in the Middle East
- Build strong C-level relationships across banks, regulators, and financial institutions
- Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams to deliver winning client solutions
- Represent Clari5 at industry events, forums, and client engagements in the region
- Manage partner relationships with system integrators, consultants, and channel partners
Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience in banking technology / fintech
- Proven track record selling fraud management, AML, and compliance solutions
- Strong product and pre-sales background in financial crime risk management is mandatory
- Deep experience and established network within the Middle East banking sector
- Strong skills in customer engagement, solution selling, and account management
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
