About the Role
AX Coin, the first licensed stablecoin issuer under the Central Bank of Bahrain, seeks a Sales Director for the Middle East & Africa region. The role focuses on driving new ARR and business volume by selling stablecoins, blockchain solutions, and DeFi products to enterprise and institutional clients.

Responsibilities
- Drive net new ARR and business volume by closing high value enterprise and institutional deals.
- Sell stablecoins, blockchain based solutions, DeFi yield products, and AI enabled financial infrastructure.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with banks, fintechs, corporates, PSPs, exchanges, and Web3 platforms.
- Contribute to product positioning, AI integration, and commercial strategy.
- Own the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, solution design, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Maintain a CRM driven pipeline with accurate forecasting, deal tracking, and execution planning.
- Engage with regional ecosystems to expand market reach and adoption.
- Achieve measurable ARR, transaction volume, and revenue growth targets.
Requirements
- 7+ years in fintech, payments, blockchain, crypto, or Web3 sales, with proven record of new logo acquisition, revenue generation, and deal closure.
- Existing senior level network in banks, fintechs, corporates, PSPs, exchanges, or Web3/blockchain platforms.
- Experienced in direct sales contributions and relationship driven deal closure.
- Hands on with CRM, pipeline management, and forecast discipline.
- Knowledgeable in stablecoins, DeFi, blockchain, crypto infrastructure, yield design, and AI enabled solutions.
