Role Overview

  • Senior leadership position responsible for driving revenue growth
  • Leading and scaling the sales team
  • Delivering institutional quality client service
  • Owns commercial targets, manages team of consultants, builds pipeline
  • Reports directly to CEO

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver quarterly and annual GCI targets
  • Close high value transactions across off plan, secondary market, and whole building acquisitions
  • Build and manage pipeline of HNW and institutional investor clients
  • Lead client presentations, investor negotiations, and deal structuring for AED 10M+ transactions
  • Recruit, onboard, and mentor team of 5–15 real estate consultants
  • Set individual KPIs, monitor performance, conduct coaching sessions
  • Design incentive structures, leader boards, and performance rituals
  • Ensure team maintains RERA compliance and brand standards
  • Manage team scheduling, deal allocation, and pipeline reviews
  • Design and execute market penetration strategy across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah
  • Develop B2B relationships with developers, property management firms, and institutional sellers
  • Build off market deal flow through network, data tools, and direct outreach campaigns

Requirements

  • Currently residing in Dubai, UAE
  • Minimum 5 years of hands on Dubai/Abu Dhabi real estate sales experience
  • Deep knowledge of Dubai and Abu Dhabi property markets
  • Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle
  • At least 2 years in a team leadership or senior consultant role
  • Proven track record closing transactions above AED 5M
  • Active RERA Card
  • Established network of HNW clients, investors, and developer relationships in the UAE
  • Fluency in Arabic is a strong advantage
  • Off plan sales experience with tier 1 developers preferred
  • Understanding of cap rate analysis, yield modelling, and investment advisory frameworks preferred
  • Familiarity with PropTech tools preferred
