SAB Capital Properties is seeking a Sales Director to lead and scale the sales team, drive revenue growth, and deliver institutional-quality client service. The role involves managing a team of consultants, closing high-value real estate transactions, and building the firm's pipeline.

Responsibilities
- Own and deliver SAB Capital's quarterly and annual GCI targets
- Close high value transactions across off plan, secondary market, and whole building acquisitions
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of HNW and institutional investor clients
- Lead client presentations, investor negotiations, and deal structuring for AED 10M+ transactions
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor a team of 5–15 real estate consultants
- Set individual KPIs, monitor performance, and conduct regular coaching sessions
- Design incentive structures, leader boards, and performance rituals
- Ensure team maintains RERA compliance and upholds brand standards
- Design and execute market penetration strategy across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah
- Develop B2B relationships with developers, property management firms, and institutional sellers
Requirements
- Currently residing in Dubai, UAE
- Minimum 5 years of hands on Dubai/Abu Dhabi real estate sales experience
- Deep knowledge of Dubai and Abu Dhabi property markets
- Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle
- At least 2 years in a team leadership or senior consultant role
- Proven track record closing transactions above AED 5M
- Active RERA Card
- Established network of HNW clients, investors, and developer relationships in the UAE
- Fluency in Arabic is a strong advantage

Requirements
