Leading at Impetus

We are looking for a dynamic Director of Sales to drive new customer acquisition and growth within our BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) vertical in the UAE.

This is a high-impact role focused on building and expanding enterprise relationships, owning strategic sales pursuits, and driving sustained revenue growth through a consultative, value-led approach.

You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, lead complex sales cycles, and play a critical role in expanding Impetus’ footprint in the region.

What You’ll Do

  • ***Strategic Account Leadership***
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to win new enterprise clients
  • Own end-to-end sales cycles and drive revenue growth
  • Act as the primary advisor for key accounts

  • Build and nurture executive-level relationships
  • Strengthen Impetus’ presence across BFSI organizations
  • ***Business Development***
  • Drive account-based prospecting and market expansion
  • Leverage partner ecosystems (cloud & data platforms) for growth
  • Position Impetus’ capabilities, offerings, and solutions effectively

  • Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to create winning proposals
  • Ensure client success and long-term satisfaction
