- Develop and execute sales strategies, manage pipelines, and ensure timely follow up on leads
- Collaborate closely with attorneys and intake teams to align sales processes with client service standards and legal case workflows
- Coach and manage sales and intake staff
- Analyze performance metrics, refine scripts and outreach methods
- Identify business development opportunities with partners, medical providers, and community organizations
- Maintain high quality customer service and implement best practices for client communication
- Prepare regular reports and forecasts for firm leadership
Requirements
- Strong skills in Sales and Sales Operations, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience in Business Development, including building partnerships and identifying new market opportunities
- Demonstrated ability in Team Management, including coaching, performance management, and team leadership
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on empathetic, clear, and timely communication
- Proven experience in a professional services environment; legal or personal injury industry experience is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, using CRM tools and digital communication platforms
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales data, setting KPIs, and creating actionable reports
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- High ethical standards, respect for confidentiality, and commitment to non discriminatory, client centered practices

Role Description
- The Sales Director is a full time, remote role responsible for leading revenue growth initiatives and expanding the firm’s client base.
