Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Development Specialist at Gear-up.me in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
As a Sales Development Specialist, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as communication with customers, lead generation, cold calls to customers, visiting customers, and closing deals according to the customers' requirements.
You will play a key role in onboarding new customers, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Sales Manager Responsibilities
- Acquisition of new customers
- Meeting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
- Researching prospects and generating leads.
- Contacting and meeting potential and existing customers.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
- Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
- Building and maintaining a customer database.
- Meeting weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
- Creating a plan to approach new customers.
- Visiting new potential customers with proposal offers.
- Searching for and creating new opportunities for sales expansion.
- Expanding business with current customers.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven track record of success in sales management
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Experience in lead generation and sales
- Knowledge of sales operations
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitors
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience in the computer components industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Expert knowledge of computer hardware components and systems would be an advantage

- Salary: based on proven experience, starting from 7,000AED plus a performance-driven bonus structure.
