Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Development Specialist at Gear-up.me in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

As a Sales Development Specialist, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as communication with customers, lead generation, cold calls to customers, visiting customers, and closing deals according to the customers' requirements.

You will play a key role in onboarding new customers, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Sales Manager Responsibilities

  • Acquisition of new customers
  • Meeting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
  • Researching prospects and generating leads.
  • Contacting and meeting potential and existing customers.
  • Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
  • Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
  • Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
  • Building and maintaining a customer database.
  • Meeting weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
  • Creating a plan to approach new customers.
  • Visiting new potential customers with proposal offers.
  • Searching for and creating new opportunities for sales expansion.
  • Expanding business with current customers.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven track record of success in sales management
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Experience in lead generation and sales
  • Knowledge of sales operations
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitors
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience in the computer components industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Expert knowledge of computer hardware components and systems would be an advantage
