We are looking for
two
motivated
Sales Development Representative
to support our growth by generating new business opportunities across these markets.
The role will involve identifying, contacting, and qualifying prospective clients who may require accountancy, tax, bookkeeping, business setup, or financial operations support.
You will generate leads through telesales, LinkedIn outreach, networking, email outreach, referrals, and any other effective business development channels.
Key Responsibilities

- dentify and research potential clients across the UAE, Ireland, the U.K. and U.S. markets.
- Conduct outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, email outreach, and follow-ups.
- Qualify prospects and book meetings for the senior team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, activity, and pipeline progress in HubSpot.
- Work with the sales and marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Build a strong understanding of M&M Accountancy’s services and target client profiles.
- Support wider business development activity, including networking and referral generation.
Requirements
- Previous experience in SDR, telesales, business development, or lead generation.
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
- Proactive, organised, and comfortable working to targets.
- Experience using LinkedIn for prospecting and outreach.
- HubSpot experience is advantageous.
- Experience selling accountancy, tax, business setup, financial services, or other B2B professional services is preferred but not essential.

- The ideal candidate is commercially minded, persistent, well-spoken, and confident generating opportunities from scratch. They should be comfortable with high-volume outreach while maintaining a professional and consultative approach with prospective clients
